These starter website terms apply to use of this website. Separate transport, booking, payment, cancellation, veterinary/health-document, and service agreements may apply to an actual pet transport.

Quote requests are not confirmed bookings

Submitting a quote request does not guarantee availability, route acceptance, timing, or price. A transport is not confirmed until the business accepts the request and the customer completes the required booking steps.

Customer information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate route, contact, pet, behavioral, medication, health, and care information. Material changes should be disclosed before pickup.

Travel timing

Pickup and delivery estimates may change because of traffic, weather, road closures, animal-care needs, emergencies, vehicle issues, or other circumstances outside reasonable control.

Health and travel requirements

Customers are responsible for providing required health, vaccination, identification, ownership, or travel documentation unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Final service agreement

Before accepting paid bookings, the business should use a separate attorney-reviewed transport agreement covering pricing, deposits, cancellations/refunds, emergency veterinary authorization, animal behavior, belongings, delays, liability, handoff requirements, and other operational terms.
